The child-friendly, popular complex offers a total of 169 apartments and facilities within the 4-storey building include a reception desk, a safe, a café, a bar and a restaurant to while away the day in. A laundry service may be taken advantage of and there is a playground as well as a kids' club for younger guests.

The tastefully decorated, modern apartments each come with an en suite bathroom, a separate toilet, a combined lounge/ bedroom with a sofa bed, a kitchenette with a 3-hob oven, a fridge and a microwave as well as central heating and a furnished balcony or terrace. The apartments for 2/4 persons include a separate bedroom with a double bed and the apartments for 4/6 persons have 2 separate bedrooms, of which one includes a double bed and the other 2 single beds.

There is a swimming pool with a children's pool in the outdoor complex and guests may also make use of the indoor pool and the sauna (fees apply). The varied entertainment programme provides some amusement for guests and the nearest golf course is 6 km away.

Guests may select their breakfast, lunch and dinners from ample, international buffets.
